Can I order a sample before committing to bulk?

Yes. Samples ship in 3–5 days and the sample cost is refunded on your first bulk order over 1,000 pcs.

Can you put my brand on the device?

Yes — silkscreen logo, boot animation, packaging and manual are all customizable from 500 pcs.

Do you supply certification documents for my market?

CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UN38.3 are standard. PSE, UKCA and other local approvals are quoted at the sample stage.

What is the lead time for 5,000 pcs?

Typically 20–25 days after deposit and artwork approval, depending on the model and customization level.

Do you support small e-commerce sellers?

Yes — the 500 pcs tier exists for new brands and Amazon / TikTok Shop sellers testing a market.

Who owns the mould and firmware?

For full ODM projects the customer owns the exclusive design; terms are fixed in the supply agreement.
